PREPAID E-VOUCHERS The minimum requirement for a new prepaid account is one (1) x 50 minute e-voucher and one (1) x one month e-voucher. This provides the user with 50 Iridium to PSTN minutes which are to be used within 30 days of activation. The 0 minutes/1 month e-voucher is used to add additional time to a prepaid account. Using the first three (3) e-vouchers above, you can create combinations of minutes and months of up to 400 minutes in total to suit your requirements. We recommend you use the single 200 minute/six month or 500 minute/12 month e-voucher for higher denominations as it is the more economical choice. The maximum expiry period for any prepaid account is 12 months.

ACCOUNT RELOAD You have 90 days to purchase new e-vouchers for your prepaid account once your current units have run out. At the end of 90 days the account will be automatically deactivated by Iridium. A deactivated account cannot be reactivated. If you require another prepaid account, a new Iridium SIM card and phone number will be issued.

Each reload will require the completion of an activation/reload form sent by email after checkout.

CALL RECORDS No call records will be provided on all prepaid services. One-off call records can be provided at a cost of AU$30.00 per transaction.

DEACTIVATION As stated above, a prepaid account will be automatically deactivated 90 days after the available units have been used.
